La gamme 185HR est un nouveau système de résine exclusif ayant de hautes performances et
un Tg élevé de 170°C dédié aux applications pour circuits imprimés multicouches (PWB) où la
performance thermique maximale et la grande fiabilité sont nécessaires.

La gamme de stratifiés et pré-imprégnés 185HR est fabriquée à l'aide de la technologie brevetée
de ISOLA et renforcé par les caractéristiques électriques du tissu de verre (E-glass). Cette
combinaison offre ainsi une température de décomposition Td de 340°C, accompagnée d’un
faible coefficient d’expansion du matériau (CTE) et des propriétés électriques en termes de Dk/Df
supérieures aux produits concurrents dans ce domaine.

Le stratifié 185HR est également adapté au laser fluorescent et à l'UV bloquant et permet une
compatibilité maximale avec tous les systèmes d'inspection optique automatique (AOI), les
systèmes de positionnement optique et l'imagerie de vernis photo-imageables.
